"Complete" paralysis from the mid chest down, he is strapped into the wheelchair with 4 straps- feet, knees, hips, and chest, to keep from falling over. YET HIS BRIGHT SMILE HAS NEVER ONCE DIMINISHED since the beginning of his tragic circumstances. His left arm and hand still is affected, so he remains a "medically diagnosed quadraplegic" but a "functional paraplegic." Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee."
